Changes in MobileVPN (OpenVPN Licensing Fees)

As a result to changes in licensing structure from our VPN software vendor (OpenVPN), DS Digital Media will be raising the costs associated with VPN users from $5/month to $8/month for all existing Mobile VPN (OpenVPN) services and any users added to the existing service already OR any users you add to the existing service in the future

All new Mobile VPN (Open VPN) services moving forward will be raised to $10/month/user

We apologize for making such a change, as we do not typically raise pricing of existing services, however, in this case, the upstream vendor did significantly change their licensing model and pricing to DS Digital Media and as such, we need to make the change indicated above

RE: [DataBank] #785942 - RFC: DFW1 customer switch pair Emergency work - dfw1-cust-sw-03

CLARIFICATION: This work is occurring on Tuesday, March 9th at 10pm CT and ending at 12am CT.

Databank Network Engineering will be performing Emergency Maintenance on a managed Internet switch in DFW1.

The Switch has lost connection with its VC pair. This emergency maintenance will correct this condition and restore fault tolerance to the VC cluster.

Maintenance will start at 10pm CT and is expected to be complete by 12am CT.

During the work, for a period of approximately 15-20 minutes, Managed Internet services may be unavailable. The work being performed was tested and deployed in multiple Databank markets to resolve this issue.
